PBR（株価純資産倍率）を勉強しましょう！
株を買う時の参考指数
- ROE：自己資本利益率
- ROA：総資産利益率
- PER：株価収益率
- PBR：株価純資産倍率
- EPS：1株あたり利益
- 配当利回り
PBR（株価純資産倍率）とは
PBRとは、Price Book-value Ratio の略です。株価が1株あたり純資産（BPS)の何倍になっているかを示す指標です。
計算式は PBR（倍）＝株価 ÷ BPS（１株あたりの純資産）
PBRは1倍未満であれば株価が純資産よりも安く評価されており（割安感）、１倍以上であれば株価が純資産以上に評価されている（将来期待やブランド力などが織り込まれている）ことのなります。
PERの注意点
・低PBRでも必ず割安とは限らない
業績不振や将来性の低下が原因で株価が低迷しているケース
・資産の質を確認する必要がある
・成長企業は高PBRが普通（将来の利益拡大を織り込むため）
PERと同様に単独で判断せず、業種特性や将来成長性も考慮することが重要です。
まとめ
今週はPBRを学習しました。私はこの指数をあまり参考にしていません。PBR・PER・EPSを総合的に判断する必要があると思います。
