１月１５日以来となりますが、積水ハウスの高配当株を1株買い増ししました。これで保有株数は合計8株となります。
積水ハウスは、国内トップクラスの住宅メーカーとして知られ、戸建て住宅だけではなく、賃貸住宅や分譲マンション、海外事業まで幅広く展開している企業です。事業基盤が非常に安定しており、景気変動の影響を受けにくい点は長期投資家にとって大きな魅力だと感じています。
配当面に目を向けると、配当利回りは4.11％と高水準。さらに、減配リスクが比較的低く、安定した配当を継続している点も評価ポイントです。住宅関連銘柄の中でも、株主還元への意識が高い企業だと思います。
私は「毎日1株ずつ高配当株を積み上げ、将来の配当収入を育てる」ことを目標に投資を続けています。

今日は母親を救急外来に連れて行きました。
結果は先月、圧迫骨折した一つ下がまたまた圧迫骨折していました。
明日、再診ですがまた入院になるのでしょうか？
薬のせいか骨が脆くなっているそうです。骨粗鬆症です。
無理な動きをするとすぐに骨折するみたいです。
もう85歳なので気を付けて生活しないといけませんね！
健康寿命を意識して私も生活しないと
高配当株でお金を貯めても使えないのなら意味がありません！
