💡 入金は権利確定から「2〜3ヶ月後」が目安
権利確定日に株を持っていても、配当金がすぐ振り込まれるわけではありません。会社側の株主確定の事務手続きを経て、中間配当なら権利確定からおよそ2〜3ヶ月後に支払われるのが一般的です。今回の積水ハウスの中間配当（7月末権利）なら、入金は秋ごろの見込み。「権利を取ったのに入金がない！」と焦らなくて大丈夫です。忘れた頃に届くのが配当金です（笑）。
💡 受け取り方式は主に4種類。NISAなら選択肢はひとつ
配当金の受け取り方には、①証券口座で受け取る「株式数比例配分方式」、②指定した銀行口座でまとめて受け取る「登録配当金受領口座方式」、③銘柄ごとに銀行口座を指定する「個別銘柄指定方式」、④郵便局などで受け取る「配当金領収証方式」があります。
ここで最重要ポイント。NISA口座の配当金を非課税で受け取れるのは「株式数比例配分方式」だけです。他の方式だと、せっかくNISAで買った株の配当にも約20%の税金がかかってしまいます。設定は証券会社のサイトから変更でき、私ももちろんこの方式です。新NISAで配当投資を始めた方は、権利確定を迎える前に、ぜひ一度ご自身の設定をご確認ください。ここを直すだけで、手取りが2割変わります。
🎯 購入した理由と正直な感想
① 権利付き最終日前、最後の株数積み増し
7月29日までに買った株は、すべて今回の中間配当の対象になります。12株なら864円、13株なら936円。たった1株の差でも、こうして権利月の直前に株数を整えておくことが、半年ごとの配当を着実に太らせていきます。
② 「配当下限145円」の計算しやすさ
15期連続増配の実績に加えて、会社が配当の下限を明言している安心感。年間配当100万円から逆算して積み立てる私の戦略では、こういう「配当の見通しが立つ銘柄」が土台になります。
③ 正直な感想：地味な値動きは、実は最高のご馳走
この10日間、三井住友FGは1週間で±3%動きましたが、積水ハウスはほぼ横ばい。ブログのネタとしては地味です（笑）。でも、値動きに一喜一憂せず淡々と株数を増やしたい積立投資家にとって、「動かない優良株」は精神的なコストが最も低い銘柄。派手な銘柄と地味な銘柄を混ぜて持つことで、ポートフォリオ全体の心拍数が落ち着く——245日続けて実感していることのひとつです。

- 金利・資材価格：住宅ローン金利の上昇は国内需要の逆風に、資材価格の上昇はコスト増につながります。
- 次の注目イベント：9月上旬に中間決算の発表が予定されています。通期見通し（純利益は前期比減益予想）の修正有無に注目です。
