📈 3週間で+17.5%——何が起きていたのか
まず前提として、INPEXは日本最大の石油・天然ガス開発企業。オーストラリアの大型LNGプロジェクト「イクシス」を主力に、資源を「掘って売る」ビジネスです。したがって業績も株価も、原油・天然ガス価格に強く連動します。
この3週間、その原油価格が大きく動きました。7月上旬、ホルムズ海峡でのタンカー攻撃をきっかけに中東情勢の緊迫が伝わると、NY原油先物は1バレル72ドル台へ上昇。7月中旬には供給不安から80ドル台まで一段高となり、INPEX株も連日買われる展開に。7月21日には前週末比4.35%高となる場面もありました。
私の購入価格で振り返ると、231日目3,200円 → 今日3,760円。株価チャートだけ見れば「絶好調」ですが、その原動力が地政学リスクであることは冷静に受け止める必要があります。世界のどこかで緊張が高まると、私の資産が増える。この居心地の悪さも含めて、資源株を持つということなのだと思っています。

💡 セクター分散＝値動きの「理由」を散らすこと
分散投資というと「銘柄数を増やすこと」と思われがちですが、本質は値動きの理由が違うものを組み合わせることです。銀行株を10銘柄持っても、金利が下がれば全部が同時に下がります。それでは分散になりません。
💡 私のポートフォリオを「動く理由」で分類すると
・金融（三井住友FG、ジャックス）→ 金利で動く
・住宅・建設（積水ハウス、立川ブラインド）→ 住宅市況・住宅ローン金利で動く
・自動車・素材（トヨタ、AGC、UBE、住友精化）→ 世界景気・為替・原燃料価格で動く
・エネルギー（INPEX）→ 原油価格と地政学で動く
・生活必需品（JT）→ 景気に左右されにくい
この3週間がまさに好例でした。多くの銘柄が数%の値動きにとどまる中、原油高でINPEXだけが17.5%上昇。逆に、中東情勢が落ち着いて原油が下がれば、INPEXは下げても他のセクターは資材コスト低下で恩恵を受けるかもしれません。全部が同時に下がらない組み合わせを作っておくこと——これが、相場が荒れた時に「投げ売りせずに済む」いちばんの保険になります。配当投資では「売らずに持ち続けること」が何より大事ですから、精神的な安定装置としてのセクター分散は、想像以上に効きます。

③ 正直な感想：上がった株を買うのは、下がった株を買うより難しい
取得単価2,611円に対して、今日の購入単価は3,760円。44%も高い買い物です。10日前のジャックスでは「下がった株を買うのは怖い」と書きましたが、上がった株を買うのもまた別の怖さがあります。「高値づかみになるのでは」という声が頭をよぎる。それでも買えたのは、私が買っているのは株価ではなく「年間108円の配当」だから。この1株が毎年108円を運んでくる事実は、明日株価が3,500円になっても変わりません。株価は市場が決め、配当は会社が決める。私が見ているのは後者です。
