はじめに|私のプロフィール
こんにちは。愛知県春日井市に住む、1968年生まれの57歳のサラリーマンです。
投資歴としては、入社当時から続けている持株会が長いのですが、本格的に個別株を買い始めたのは、2年前に新NISAが始まってからです。50代半ばからのスタートなので、決して早いとは言えません。それでも「定年後の生活を配当金で少しでも豊かにしたい」という思いから、年間配当金100万円を目標に、毎日コツコツと日本の個別株を買い続けています。
この記事では、新NISA開始から約2年半が経過した2026年7月時点の運用実績を、実際の数字とともに公開します。同世代で「今から投資を始めても遅いのでは」と迷っている方の参考になれば嬉しいです。
現在の運用実績(2026年7月時点)
まずは全体の状況です。NISA成長投資枠で保有する日本の個別株は、評価額約415万円、評価損益は約+68万円(+20%)となっています。

特に三菱UFJは取得単価から株価がほぼ倍になり、+16万円超の含み益。一方でNTTのように含み損の銘柄もありますが、配当をもらいながら長期保有する方針なので、日々の株価変動はあまり気にしていません。
私の投資法|「毎日1株」のコツコツ買い
私の投資スタイルはシンプルで、単元未満株(1株投資)を使って、ほぼ毎日日本株を買うというものです。
なぜ毎日買うのか
一度にまとまった金額を投じると、高値づかみのリスクがあります。毎日少しずつ買えば、購入価格が自然と平準化されます。いわゆる「時間分散」です。また、毎日買うことで相場を見る習慣がつき、経済ニュースへの感度も上がりました。50代から始めた私にとって、これは大きな副産物でした。
銘柄選びの基準
銘柄選びで重視しているのは次の3点です。第一に配当利回りと連続増配の実績、第二に業績の安定性(銀行・商社・通信・生活必需品など)、第三にセクターの分散です。現在60銘柄以上に分散しているのは、一つの銘柄や業種に依存しないためです。1株から買える今の時代だからこそできる分散だと思います。
目標は年間配当金100万円
私の最終目標は年間配当金100万円です。月に直せば約8.3万円。年金にこの配当が上乗せされれば、老後の生活はかなり楽になるはずです。
NISA口座なら配当金は非課税で丸ごと受け取れます。仮に配当利回り4%で運用できれば、必要な元本は2,500万円。現在の個別株評価額は約415万円なので、道のりはまだ長いですが、毎日の積み重ねと配当の再投資で、着実に近づいていくつもりです。
50代から投資を始めて感じたこと
「50代から投資なんて遅い」とよく言われます。実際、私も新NISAが始まるまでそう思っていました。しかし2年間続けてみて感じるのは、始めるのに遅すぎることはないということです。
もちろん、若い人のように何十年もの複利の恩恵は受けられません。だからこそ私は、値上がり益を狙う投資ではなく、配当という「確実に受け取れるお金」を積み上げる投資を選びました。株価が下がっても配当が入れば続けるモチベーションになりますし、暴落時も「安く買えるチャンス」と思えるようになりました。
唯一の後悔は「もっと早く始めればよかった」ということだけです。

新NISA2年目、57歳の日本株運用実績は評価額約415万円、含み益約68万円(+20%)でした。派手さはありませんが、毎日1株ずつ買い続ける地道な投資でも、着実に資産は育っています。
