純利益33%増、経常利益43.4%増、進捗率29.5%。それでも株価は下がりました。理由は主に3つあります。
💡 理由①：市場は「前年比」ではなく「予想比」で判断する
今回、純利益5,013億円は前年同期比33%増でした。しかし市場が見ていたのはアナリスト予想（QUICKコンセンサス）という「事前の期待値」です。通期についても、アナリスト予想の平均は純利益1兆7,979億円だったのに対し、会社の予想は1兆7,000億円。市場の期待の方が、会社の見通しより約1,000億円高かったわけです。「前年より良い」ではなく「期待より良いか」——これが株価を動かす基準です。
💡 理由②：「据え置き」は上方修正を期待した人には失望材料
進捗率29.5%と好スタートなら、「通期予想も引き上げられるのでは」と期待する人が出てきます。しかし会社は通期予想を据え置きとしました。前日にJTが13%の上方修正と30円増配を発表していただけに、対比で物足りなく映った面もあるでしょう。上方修正を織り込んで買っていた人の失望売りが出る、典型的なパターンです。
💡 理由③：良い材料は決算前に買われている
株価は7月27日に年初来高値7,260円をつけていました。好決算への期待が事前に株価に織り込まれていたわけです。相場には「Sell the fact（事実で売れ）」という言葉があり、期待で上がった株が、事実の確認とともに利益確定売りに押されることは珍しくありません。
ここが大事なところですが、これらはすべて「株価」の話であって、「会社の中身」の話ではありません。利益は伸びている。配当方針も変わらない。私が受け取る180円も変わらない。株価が下がった理由が「期待とのズレ」なのであれば、配当を目的に持つ私にとっては、むしろ同じ配当を安く買えるチャンスということになります。
🎯 購入した理由と正直な感想
① 進捗率29.5%という数字を信じる
市場は物足りないと判断しましたが、私は素直に「良いスタート」だと受け止めています。むしろ通期予想を据え置いたのは、期の初めから背伸びしない保守的で堅実な姿勢の表れとも読めます。累進的配当＋配当性向40%という方針のもとで、利益が計画通り伸びれば配当は守られます。
② 高値から6.9%下がった水準
7月27日の7,200円から、今日は6,700円。500円安く、同じ配当をもらえる株が買えます。決算を見届けた上で「中身は悪くない」と判断できたなら、下げは買い場です。
③ 正直な感想：決算を読めるようになったのは、ブログのおかげ
正直、投資を始めた頃の私は「純利益33%増」と聞けば無条件に喜び、株価が下がると「なぜ？」とうろたえていました。アナリスト予想との比較や進捗率という見方を知ったのは、このブログで毎日書くようになってからです。人に説明しようとすると、自分がちゃんと分かっていない部分がはっきりする。252日間、拙いながらも記録を続けてきたことが、いちばん自分の投資の力になっている気がします。
とはいえ、含み益が1週間で12万円減ったのは、やはり心臓に悪いです（笑）。それでも売らずにいられるのは、目的が値上がり益ではなく配当だから。目的が違えば、同じ下落も違って見えます。

- 市場期待とのギャップ継続：アナリスト予想と会社計画に開きがある状態は、今後も株価の重石になる可能性があります。次の中間決算でも同じ構図になり得ます。
- 金融政策の転換：銀行株の追い風は「金利のある世界」が前提です。日銀の方針転換は最大の逆風になります。
- 与信費用の増加：前期は中東情勢の悪化等に対する引当金計上もありました。地政学リスクや景気後退は、貸倒れ関連費用の増加につながります。
- セクターの偏り：35株まで積み上がり、金融セクターの比率が高い状態です。8月は他セクターとのバランスも意識していきます。
